Chips for game tables
At the game tables you play with chips. You can exchange Swiss francs for chips from the croupier right at the table or at the casino cash desk.
If you would like to pay in a foreign currency, please refer to the cashier at the casino cash desk.
Banknotes and tickets for slot machines
You can no longer use change to play on slot machines, only banknotes or tickets. If you do not wish to continue playing, press “Cash out” and you will receive a ticket for the remaining amount with which you can continue to play on any machine.
Purchase of chips at the game table
You can buy chips right at the game table using Swiss francs. To do so, simply lay your money on the game table in front of the croupier for a game of your choice. For security reasons, the croupiers cannot take the money directly from your hand. Then the croupier will hand you chips equal to the value of the amount paid by you.
Purchase of chips at the cash desk
If you would like to pay in a foreign currency, please refer to the casino cash desk. Here you will receive your requested amount in special chips (non-negotiable chips). In the event of a win, the croupiers will exchange these for the right chips for you.
Special conditions
For legal reasons, you are not permitted to take chips away from the casino with you. Please note that the croupier may only trade cash for chips. The croupier may not return the money or exchange chips for money. Please refer to the casino cash desk.
Slot machines
Banknotes denominated in Swiss francs or tickets are used to play on slot machines. If you want to play on more than one slot machine with the money you have inserted, you will be issued a ticket which you can use to play on any other machine of your choosing. You will of course be given the option of having the playing credit on the ticket paid out at the cash desk or at the withdrawal terminal (up to CHF 2,000).
